Affirmations are powerful prayers that connect the cord of mind with your heart to fulfil the soul's desires. With the help of affirmations, you assure yourself something that you are supposed to do. But when you keep reminding these affirmations daily, you reassure yourself something that you must truly believe. When you read or say these affirmations repeatedly, it becomes a new habit of daily routine. Chanting these affirmations is like a "pep talk" to imprint on your subconscious process. 

Write + Print + Stick + Read is the formula for utilizing the utmost potential of affirmations. Write the affirmations in your journal or on a piece of paper. Take as many prints as you wish of these written affirmations. Writing is the most important step in the process of benefiting from reciting or reading affirmations daily. Stick the prints at visible places in your home. Make sure you take a glance at them after waking up in the morning and before going to bed. You can also try crystal work here. Get a suitable crystal as per your liking. Take the crystal in your hand while reading the affirmations to charge the crystals with your intentions.
